WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Program Manager is an exempt position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Family Care and Wellness Program. Supervisor Responsibilities: - Oversee and assist in recruitment, supervision, training, and evaluation of program staff. - Maintain and document monthly supervision/training of program staff. Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide case and crisis management supervision to staff. - Evaluate appropriateness of referrals and assign to staff. - Provide quality control while ensuring contractual requirements are met. - Attend meetings and serve as a liaison for assigned programs with community partners and stakeholders. - Provide modeling, training, and professional skill development to program employees. - Provide on-call services in accordance with the program's on-call procedure and as required by the contract scope. - Maintain program financials and budget oversight.
