Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented IT Field Specialist to provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for IT systems at various company locations (Dealerships). The ideal candidate will be experienced in hardware, software, and networking support and comfortable working independently in a field-based role. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and support hardware (computers, printers, network devices, etc.) and software at client sites or internal locations. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues onsite or remotely. Maintain and update system documentation, service records, and reports. Collaborate with the central IT team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. Provide training and technical guidance to end-users as needed. Perform routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades on systems and equipment. Ensure all work complies with company policies, security standards, and best practices.
