- Permanent - Full Time position – Crestmead, QLD - Competitive salary package - Day Shift, Monday to Friday - Flexible start times - Fast-paced, hands-on role coordinating day-to-day operations Your new role: - Coordinate transport services to ensure our client’s requirements are met - Liaise with the workshop in relation to service and maintenance requirements - Ensure drivers complete Daily Inspection Reports before commencing work - Manage the computerised run sheet program to ensure all services are up to date - Monitor driver and equipment cleanliness and presentation - Ensure drivers have been deemed competent and correctly licensed for the operation of relevant equipment Your skills and experience: - Knowledge of fatigue management and transport regulations for the operation of heavy vehicles - Effective computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook) - Excellent customer service and organisation skills - Transportation Background: Extensive experience in the transportation industry, with a deep understanding of daily logistics route scheduling. - Proven ability in scheduling of fleet servicing requirements to maintain operational standards of equipment. - Risk Management: Proven...
