Description Job Overview: We are seeking a relational and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping coordinate the full recruitment cycle, sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process. This individual will play a critical role in the onboarding, training, and DHS requirements. It will also require strong administrative skills to track data and applicants throughout the process. Responsibilities: - Responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process including but not limited to processing background checks, scheduling new hire training, drug screenings, reference verifications and I-9 verification to ensure timely and compliant hiring. - Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop clear and compelling job descriptions. - Source candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, hiring events and networking opportunities. - Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit within the organization. - Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers for the scheduling of second-round...
