Head of Building and Technical Services Corporate Assets Permanent Grade J - £67,506 - £78,342 Full Time Rose Hill Headquarters About the Role: Merseyside Police is seeking an exceptional leader to take on the role of Head of Building and Technical Services within our Corporate Assets Directorate. This is a pivotal position responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high‑performing, 24/7 building and technical service that supports the operational aims and strategic objectives of the force. You will drive continuous improvement across our estate, ensuring best value, robust standards, and a professional, responsive service. As a senior leader, you will also deputise for the Assistant Director of Corporate Assets on all building and technical matters, including presenting to Chief Officers and the Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC).
