OVERVIEW: Working within the Tech Delivery team this Scrum Master role exists to c reate the conditions for teams to deliver value at pace through strong collaboration and continuous improvement. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: - F acilitate Agile Ceremonies : such as stand-ups, planning, retros pectives, and reviews to maintain momentum and foster continuous improvement. - Team Planning & Prioritisation : S upport the team in estimating, forecasting, tracking , and delivering priorities, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Workflow : O versee the daily flow of work items, ensuring progression from backlog to delivery, using flow metrics where appropriate to enhance predictability and efficiency. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Manager s/ owners and technical stakeholders to understand priorities and dependencies. - Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identifying , managing, and mitigating risks to timelines, quality, and scope . - Team Empowerment & Coaching: Fostering a productive, high-performing team culture by removing obstacles (blockers) that hinder progress, coaching team members in delivery practices, and improving workflows. - Dependency Management...
