HR Advisor Location: Southampton (occasional travel across Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Somerset where required for HR cases) Employment : Full-time: Hybrid : Minimum of 50% working hours to be spent in the office Hours Per Week : 37.5 hours per week Salary : £32,000 – £34,000 per annum, depending upon experience Whilst PBS4 holds a sponsorship license, we are currently unable to offer sponsorship to any new applicants to PBS4. Previous experience working in Human Resources and a Level 3 qualification is essential. You will need to be an effective and engaging communicator who is able to liaise with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
