POSITION SUMMARY: Contributes to the organization by overseeing the various tasks of the front desk. The CL Receptionist will assist patients in-person and over-the-phone with checking-in and out, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, processing payments, handling copays, and other tasks while providing exemplary customer service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: To provide superior patient care services, treating all patients and guests with compassion and respect. Greets all patients and guests with a smile and helpful manner. Communicates effectively with others including but not limited to patients, guests, colleagues, and physicians. Provide patients with necessary instructions or directions. Process patient documentation and update patient demographics with accuracy. Triage incoming calls promptly and in a pleasant manner.
