Job Title: Field Installation Lead – Structural & Miscellaneous Metals Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Pay Rate: Starting at $32.00/hour (higher based on experience) Perks: Company vehicle and fuel card provided Work Region: Candidates should be located near Georgetown, DE; Sterling, VA; Baltimore, MD; or Washington, DC Position Summary: We are looking for a Field Installation Lead to oversee crews responsible for installing structural and miscellaneous metal components such as stairs, railings, and similar assemblies. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, ensuring installations are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule. The ideal candidate has a strong background in metal fabrication/installation and is comfortable leading teams while coordinating with other trades and project stakeholders onsite.
