- Full time, fixed term position until December 2028 - Opportunity to contribute to team enablement initiatives for the Marketing and Communications team - Base Salary $89,755 + 17% superannuation About the opportunity: We are seeking a Project Officer to contribute and support the delivery of enablement projects. This role sits within the Marketing and Communications team and supports the delivery of cross-functional enablement initiatives that require strong project coordination skills. The team partners with stakeholders across the team to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with strategic priorities. Your key responsibilities will be to: - support the planning, coordination and delivery of priority projects for the Marketing and Communications team, including tracking timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies - prepare project documentation, updates, reports and other materials to support effective decision-making and delivery - use project management tools, including Asana, to manage tasks, workflows, project visibility and reporting - contribute to the development and improvement of project processes, templates and ways of working to improve consistency, efficiency and...
