Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per quarter Job Title: Senior Associate – Scrum Master, Enterprise Agile Enablement Team Role Summary: The Senior Associate – Scrum Master, Enterprise Agile Delivery Tools supports the delivery, enhancement, and adoption of New York Life’s enterprise agile delivery tool ecosystem. This role serves as a Scrum Master for platform teams managing agile tooling while also supporting enterprise intake, roadmap execution, and adoption activities across NYL. The role operates with defined guidance from leadership, partners closely with technology and business stakeholders, and focuses on execution excellence, transparency, and continuous improvement to ensure enterprise tools enable consistent agile delivery outcomes.
