Copenhagen, Denmark About the role: As People Operations Specialist, you will be part of our People Operations Team in Group People & Culture covering our eight offices in EMEA. The People Operations team will consist of three employees located in Copenhagen, all reporting to the Head of Employee Relations and People Operations. The team is a part of the People and Culture department. We are a dynamic team with a wide range of tasks within people administration and people system (Workday) across the global organisation. As a People Operations Specialist, you have a hands-on role where you are responsible for and work independently with various tasks within the People Operations team. You will work closely with the other team members in People Operations, the Business Partners, and the different Centers of Excellence in the People & Culture department. Responsibilities: As a People Operations Specialist, your focus will be on managing processes related to our employees and ensuring smooth day-to-day system processes for the various teams.
