Strive Community Care Strive Community Care provides therapeutic home environments for children and young people with histories of complex trauma, abuse and neglect. Grounded in trauma‑informed practice and our CREATE Model of Care, we exist to empower people to live safer, more connected and meaningful lives. We are looking for a Digital Media & Events Coordinator to bring our marketing and engagement capability in-house. This is a hands-on, people-centred role for someone who loves storytelling, community connection and creating content with purpose. About the role: Reporting to the Managing Director, you will drive Strive’s digital presence and coordinate key internal and external events. Your work will authentically showcase our services, people and impact — building trust with participants, families, sector professionals and future employees. This role is part-time (2 days per week) , with a clear opportunity to increase hours as our brand presence and organisational needs grow.
