Department/Unit: Critical Care Float Pool Work Shift: Evening (United States of America) Salary Range: $94,957.00 - $147,183.00 The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) plays a crucial role in the successful operations of the Critical Care Service Line. The ANM will have both administrative and clinical education duties, supporting in some way both the Manager and Clinician for the CCFP. Additionally, the ANM will have involvement in the conversations surrounding resource utilization amongst the critical care units. Experience in critical care and progressive critical care preferred. Leadership/managerial experience needed (shift coordinator, committee membership). The ANM will also play a crucial role in recruitment, retention, enhancement, and overall engagement of the CCFP staff. Qualifications: Education : A Baccalaureate in nursing degree is required (in-progress BSN may be considered). Must hold current New York State Registered Nurse registration or eligible for licensure in New York State Experience : Management or leadership experience preferred.
