Reporting to the Sr. Director, Enterprise Systems, this role acts as a trusted advisor and execution partner, ensuring system initiatives align with organizational priorities. The Manager, Enterprise Systems, establishes and evolves system management standards, mentors the Enterprise Systems Team, and ensures seamless product ownership across core business systems. As both a leader and a hands-on contributor, this position drives innovation, builds team capability, and ensures systems are configured and supported with a customer centric mindset. Success in this role requires strong judgment, adaptability, and the ability to operate with urgency and precision in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
