Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract) Simply put, at KBR, we do things that matter. We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in the procurement of infrastructure projects to lead pre-contract commercial activities, with a focus on NEC4-based forms of Contract. The role will involve developing procurement strategies, contract management plans, and ITT processes (including supporting competitive and compliant tender submissions). You will manage the tender process end-to-end, including preparation of documentation, commercial evaluation of bids, and supplier negotiations to achieve best value outcomes. A strong understanding of NEC4 contracts (ECC/PSC) is essential, including pricing mechanisms, risk allocation, and preparation of commercial inputs to Scope.
