Job Summary: The candidate’s primary assignment will be enterprise-wide compliance and program implementation support for power generating station continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS). Responsibilities will also include compliance support for fleet-wide stack emission tests. The individual will exhibit expert or advanced level proficiency that enables them to serve as a subject matter expert. Previous experience and proficiency with 40 CFR Part 60 and Part 75 regulatory requirements, test methods, advanced data management (e.g., SQL, Visual Basics), and data acquisition/EPA reporting software is a must. Electric utility and permitting experience is preferred.
