The Position: UX Specialist/ Business Analyst - DIA RD We are looking for a UX Specialist to lead the user experience strategy for an entire product or service. In this role, you will own the end-to-end CX, resolve complex design challenges, and manage key stakeholder relationships. You will apply advanced human-centered design and research methodologies to guide products from concept to implementation, ensuring measurable improvements in user satisfaction and business outcomes. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring the junior designers.
