Data Center Deployment Engineer

Job description

Deploys physical plant cabling systems as instructed. Implements infrastructure for Oracle data centers. Builds relationships with Program Management teams to support completion of project deliverables on time. Begins to collaborate with vendors to deliver build out of data center infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Data Center Design & Implementation-Cabling Infrastructure: -Contributes to designs for structured cabling solutions for new data center builds and expansions. -Deploys physical plant cabling systems as instructed. -Adheres to global data center cabling and infrastructure standards. -Troubleshoots standard and non-standard cabling infrastructure connectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords. Data Center Design & Implementation-Implementation & Continuous Improvement: -Implements infrastructure for Oracle data centers. -Delivers sustainable and repeatable solutions to support the continuous improvement of data centers.
