Description SHINE Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to collect and analyze information to update the project schedule for a large capital project. This includes coordinating and monitoring all changes to the SHINE project schedule as well as understanding the impact of those changes on a complex, multidisciplinary, construction and equipment installation project. The base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Project Scheduler is accountable for the project schedules. Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Coordinate and monitor all updates of the SHINE project schedules - Execute weekly project-wide administrative schedule tasks - Make recommendations on schedule best practices - Lead cross-functional planning meetings with stakeholders throughout the company to build relationships and ensure proper schedule inputs - Report schedule variances and concerns to project managers and project leaders - Proactively seek schedule and risk information that may impact the p...
