Job Description: As Employee Relations Specialist , you’ll play a critical role supporting the business to manage people risk and maintain a culture that is fair, commercially balanced and values driven. Reporting to the Manager – People & Culture Business Partnering , you’ll own ER matters end‑to‑end and work closely with a HR Business Partner, leaders and MedHealth. You’ll also support safety and workers compensation processes across atWork Australia, including being the first responder to safety incidents.
