Job description

Schedule : 24 hours/week on weekdays day shift Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination. Required Qualifications: - Coursework/Training: Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program. - Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant License, or - Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit, or - Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License - Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications: - 1 year experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.
