We craft high-performance UA creatives (video, playable, static) that directly fuel the growth of our games. As Creative Lead , you will own the creative quality bar, shape the roadmap, and lead a team of Creative Producers. You'll combine sharp visual instincts with data-driven decision-making to turn creative hypotheses into measurable performance wins. Reporting to the Head of Creative Studio, this role is a direct stepping stone to Creative Director - and a rare chance to build a world-class creative function from the ground up in a fast-growing mobile gaming company.
