POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for developing and administering physical therapy treatment programs designed to improve function, reduce pain, prevent disabilities, and promote the overall health and well-being of our patients. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: - Provides skilled physical therapy treatment plans in accordance with the physician’s orders. - Establishes a physical therapy diagnosis, treatment plan and creates goals for the patient according to their evaluation. - Maintains a positive level of interaction with facilities and clients.
