Customer Relationship Manager - Area 1

Job description

This is a field-based role responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of major resource and heavy industrial accounts across all mining regions in Queensland. You will work closely with site-based maintenance and engineering teams, providing technical guidance and commercial solutions across installed equipment and new project opportunities. Your territory will include: - Open-cut and underground coal operations - Base metals and mineral processing facilities - Coal handling and preparing plants (CHPP) - Bulk materials handling systems - Heavy industrial processing sites - Mining contractors and regional service providers About you: We are looking for a commercially driven professional with strong technical credibility in industrial environments. - Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial, mining, or technical sales - Background in rotating equipment, bearings, couplings, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, or related mechanical systems - Proven ability to develop and grow key customer accounts - Confidence engaging with Maintenance Managers, Reliability Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, and Procurement teams - Strong business development capability with a proactive approach - Abili...
