As Category Finance Business Partner – Manufacturing Team Lead , you will guide a team of Plant Advisors while steering month-end close and planning cycles, turning complex plant inputs into clear, timely consolidated analysis and reporting that leaders can act on. This hybrid , Bucharest -based opportunity puts a confident, people-first finance leader at the heart of Manufacturing performance. This is a fixed term contract ( maternity cover ). Working closely with senior stakeholders across Manufacturing and Supply Chain Finance, you’ll bring visibility to what’s driving results, spot risks early, and champion smart decisions with both empathy and edge.
