Group Leader – Maintenance Summary: The Group Leader, Maintenance is responsible for supervising and leading maintenance activities for a group of maintenance Associates. This role provides day to day coaching and leads their team through effective communication to meet the established SIA objectives focused on safety, quality, cost, delivery, and team harmony . This role will be on an off shift and is subject to overtime to meet demands of production. Outline of Duties: - Analyzes current failures, equipment breakdowns and PM activities to reduce risk of equipment malfunctions & breakdown which impact the overall efficiency of the section. - Coordinates with production and engineering to support productivity goals. - Establishes section goals for team members to achieve based on section KPI’s. - Functions as budget controller for section. - Monitors all aspects of quality that are delivered to internal and external customers. - Ensures compliance of all SIA rules, policies, and practices, and takes appropriate corrective action, in accordance with the terms of the Associate Handbook. - Manages pay and attendance records in accordance with SIA Policy. - Collects, records, and analy...
