Summary: Dickinson Wright LLP is a full-service business law firm located in the financial district in downtown Toronto. Staff designated at Dickinson Wright LLP (“the Firm”) as Real Estate Legal Assistants are responsible for providing professional support services to Attorneys and Clients of the Firm as assigned or otherwise necessary, on a full time basis, unless otherwise arranged with the Firm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities of staff designated as Real Estate Assistants at the Firm include but are not limited to: - Banking and commercial real estate transactions that include hotel financing, restaurant franchising (chains and individuals), shopping plazas, apartment buildings, office buildings and mixed use residential buildings; - Commercial lending and cross border work; - Corporate reorganizations and joint venture projects; - Residential real estate.
