Our Convertible Bond Sales team is seeking a motivated and ambitious Analyst for a Sales assistant role in the New York office. You will be responsible for: This role offers the opportunity to grow into becoming a client facing salesperson after a few years. - Supporting the sales team coordinating with internal stakeholders in operations, and KYC, banking and compliance - Collaborate with trading, research, syndicate, and other functions to deliver exceptional service to our clients and to the sales team. Job responsibilities: - Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure that back end operational tasks are completed. This includes monitoring and resolving trade breaks/settlement issues, assisting clients in accessing JPM research and onboarding new accounts. - Learn JPM Convert accounts and strategies to understand market participants and various trading styles. - Self-starter who will generate trade ideas & market commentary to distinguish yourself and to assist sales in identifying opportunities for clients and the desk. - Write a daily recap on market activity and valuation .
