How Will You Make An Impact? The Workforce Planning Analyst is responsible for developing and managing workforce plans to support new business growth, operational ramps, and site expansions. This role partners closely with Operations, Program Management, HR, and functional leaders to forecast staffing needs, track hiring progress against ramp plans, and ensure workforce readiness for program launches.
