Job DetailsJob Location: IL - Elgin, IL 60120Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 SalaryPrimary Purpose: The Supply Planner, Co-Man will ensure the optimal flow of finished goods for our company’s operations by planning production of right amount of product, at the right cost, the right time, and in the right location. You will perform inventory planning duties including, but not limited to, analyzing inventory levels, managing short, medium and long-range planning, optimizing co-man production scheduling and deployment, rebalancing inventories and supporting new product launches. To succeed in this role, you should be professional, highly analytical, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Manage the daily analysis of finished goods inventory based on forecasted and historical sales for Schuman manufacturing and co-manufacturer sites Execute purchase, tolling, work and transfer orders Develop a supply plan to ensure optimal inventory levels Support the Co-Man Supply Planning Manager with data, insights and analytics Minimize excess and obsolete inventory – lead team and cross-functional inquiries, working directly with SC and Warehouse/3PL leadership to mov...
