SUMMARY: Supervise employees engaged in all levels of manufacturing, including machine operators, machine attendants, set-ups, and leads. Ensure completion of production orders in an efficient and organized manner. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Perform other duties as required or directed by management. - Confer with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments. - Review production schedules and assign work for each employee, department and work center as production orders require. - Monitor productivity and attendance of employees. Along with this edit their time cards in UKG-UTM when needed. - Perform daily rounds to every workstation to inspect and review production standards and employee engagement. - Explain specifications, and work instructions to employees to ensure all jobs are running to all specifications. - To oversee all setups in production and to ensure everything is set to approved standards. - Continuous Training of production support and factory employees in their job requirements. - Initiate or suggest ways to enable workers to achieve work goals. - Perform quarterly reviews with...
