Description Position Overview: The YMCA of Columbia-Willamette is a mission-driven organization seeking individuals who are enthusiastic and passionate about our mission and vision. We put Christian principles of love, respect, honesty, responsibility, and service into practice every day. This is a Part-Time position under the direction of the Youth Development Coordinator. The Y-Time Lead is responsible for the supervision and daily operations of Y-Time and potential Kids Night Out program, as well as the supervision and scheduling of staff. Job Responsibilities: The Y-Time Lead works collaboratively with the Youth Development Coordinator to provide a safe, enriching, and developmentally appropriate experience for children at the YMCA. This position plays a key role in fostering a welcoming environment while ensuring the well-being and engagement of all participants.
