The Vice President of Operations (VP of Operations) is a critical leader in our organization, responsible for the comprehensive performance of all distribution, warehousing and copack functions. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this position will own the efficiency, safety, quality, and financial performance of our Divisional warehouse and delivery network, ensuring product moves seamlessly from receipt to final shipment. This role will all work closely with the corporate centers of excellence and the sales leaders. Operational Strategy and Leadership - Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives and financial targets. - Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams across various regions/divisions - Develop and execute the strategic vision for all warehouse operations, including layout, material handling, storage optimization, and resource allocation. - Establish and enforce rigorous Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) focused on throughput, order accuracy, inventory shrinkage, and cost per unit shipped. - Demonstrated experi...
