About the role: The Café Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a vital role in supporting the Café General Manager and Kitchen Manager in all aspects of daily operations. This includes hiring, training, scheduling, inventory management, profit and loss oversight, hospitality, and food safety. The AGM is a developmental leadership role designed to prepare team members for future growth within our brand. This position requires strong leadership, active coaching, and a commitment to operational excellence to drive financial success. The role requires at least 45 hours per week on-site.
