Description Part Time 20 hours a week SGA provides a wide range of social services in some of Chicago's most challenged and consistently underserved communities and creates long-term and community-wide change. GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: This position is primarily responsible for serving as a coach, who is committed to supporting and guiding youth hired through Chicago Youth Works Summer Youth Employment Program with the Chicago Department of Family and Support Services. Provides administrative support services to SGA partnered worksites working with youth ages 14-24 years old for 10-weeks. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: - Must be able to make a 10-week commitment, at least 20 hours per week. - Coordinate outreach, recruitment, onboarding and retention of youth participants for program duration. - Facilitate recruitment, intake and enrollment activities. - Provides administrative support services to SGA partnered worksites working with youth ages 14-24 years old for 6-weeks. - Develop and maintain a positive relationship with partner and employers. - Communicate effectively and administer the program policies and procedures to youth. - Track and follow up with site leads and youth...
