Join us in this role where you’ll provide the analytical and execution backbone of the Performance Management & Excellence team - owning high-impact performance processes, orchestrating senior management reporting, and actively contributing to a generation-wide performance management transformation. Welcome to Performance Management & Excellence You’ll be part of the Performance Management & Excellence team, where you, together with your colleagues, will support Generation’s offshore wind Performance Units by driving benchmarking, portfolio transparency, and high‑quality, decision-ready performance reporting.
