Job Description: This is a permanent employment position with expectation of working at onsite. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for building, leading, and strategic oversight of the recruitment function within the newly established HR Shared Service Center in Katowice. This role will design the recruitment SSC strategy, design the operating model, build the entire TA team, and lead the function from initial setup through transition and into fully operational. As a peer to the HR Operations Manager, the role plays a critical leadership position in building the Katowice hub from the ground up and ensuring sustainable service delivery across European markets. 1.
