In this position you are a key member of the HR leadership team, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic consultant to executive and operational leaders across Texas Children’s Hospital (TC)—the largest children’s hospital in the United States. This role aligns people strategies with organizational goals, ensuring the delivery of high-impact, data-informed, and strategic HR solutions that support excellence in children’s and women’s care, research, and innovation.
