What You'll Be Doing: The IT Manager – IT Asset Management (ITAM) is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and continuous improvement of the IT Asset Management practice. This role manages the people, processes, platforms, and physical assets that support the full IT asset lifecycle, ensuring assets are accurately tracked, efficiently utilized, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. As the operational owner of ITAM, this manager is accountable for inventory accuracy, physical storage and logistics, software and hardware lifecycle governance, and day‑to‑day execution of the ITAM program. The role partners closely with IT, Finance, Procurement, Security, Risk, and business teams to ensure asset data is trusted, auditable, and actionable, while driving maturity, automation, and measurable business value.
