THE OPPORTUNITY: We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Manager to join our team and lead the continued development of a positive, engaging, and high-performing safety culture across our warehouse operations. In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of health and safety across our fast-paced warehouse environment while partnering closely with the wider H&S team to ensure compliance and best practice across our office and retail teams. As our Health & Safety Manager, you’ll drive our safety agenda, championing continuous improvement initiatives, strengthening risk management practices, and ensuring our teams are working in a safe and supportive environment. From developing longer-term safety strategies to carrying out on-site safety compliance checks, delivering engaging training, and leading H&S investigations, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and embedding a culture where safety is central to everything we do.
