Job description

Master Control Specialist or Master Electrician. Performs majority of I&E duties above 55 Volts AC/DC up to 4160 Volts AC/DC with minimal supervision. Installs pneumatic tubing, electrical, and electronic installations on equipment in the production area. Essential Duties: Non-Essential Duties: Performs other duties as assigned. All employees shall be in compliance with the Archrock Health Safety and Environmental Policy and local, statutory and/or regulatory requirements at all times. - Maintains a safe and well-organized work environment. - Perform Major Electrical repairs and installs alone or as part of a team. Completes and submits required documentation in an accurate and timely fashion. Utilize on-the-job training of all shop mechanic personnel. - Develop and train entry and intermediate employees. - Diagnosis with factory rep help of PLC panels. - Make changes to panel selection, wiring, etc. - Maintain a file of installation design and technique for new units through pictures and diagrams. - Install pneumatic tubing, lay tubing on skids, and connect to end devices. - Fabricate bracket braces and instrument racks. - Perform required testing of tubing. - Bend, fabricate, and...
