We are seeking a skilled and driven Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team and help us shape the future of energy. In this role, you will own electrical design through its full engineering lifecycle — from early architecture through design, integration, commissioning, and operational readiness — ensuring that it evolves from R&D into a reliable, industrial-grade system for fusion power generation. Your work will directly enable the transition from experimental physics to operational fusion energy infrastructure. This role is focused on providing broad electrical engineering expertise, supporting junior engineers, and ensuring that electrical design, installation, and integration are delivered to a high standard across all projects.
