What will you be doing?: Each day will bring variety as you become a go to person for Absence and Time Tracking within Workday. You will listen to employees and HR , understand their questions and guide them through solutions with clarity and care. You will troubleshoot technical issues, manage your caseload within agreed service levels and partner with colleagues across HR Services and Global Business Services to keep our processes running smoothly. You will also play a hands on role in testing new releases, gathering user requirements and making sure our systems support people in the moments that matter.
