About the role: The Resourcing Specialist works closely with the Delivery Operations to execute the engineering resourcing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives. The role is focused on supporting capacity planning, facilitating resource allocation, and ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of capabilities between client engagements (projects) and software engineering Competency Centers.
