The individual is responsible for ensuring high-value services and operational oversight of their assigned UVMHN Medical Group practices/services. The Medical Group operates in a matrixed environment with close working relationships between Network Department Chairs, Vice Presidents, and Hospital Campus leadership. This position is the assigned leader responsible for standardizing operational processes and policies in support of the mission and vision of the UVM Health Network.
