Job DetailsJob Location: Dallas, TX 75240Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $75,000.00 - $75,000.00 SalaryJob Purpose: The Retail Account Executive is responsible for representing, developing, and expanding the NuFACE brand within prestige and specialty retail partners. This is achieved through comprehensive training, education, events, and effective business management within designated territories. Essential Functions: Strategically plan and implement successful events by enhancing sales through client demonstrations and training sessions. Complete AE schedule for a minimum of two months out, following retail Routing Guide provided by manager. Develop excellent recruitment of Selling Specialists. Hire truly skilled talents that will deliver best in class brand experience. Inspire, train, and influence Selling Specialists to effectively educate and sell NuFACE products. Training must be done prior to SS first in store scheduled shift. Follow up training should be completed 2-3 weeks after first training.
