A little more about your role… WSP’s Sheffield PMCM team works throughout the UK and Europe primarily on private sector Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Build To Rent (BTR) and mixed-use projects. As a Quantity Surveyor you’ll be responsible for managing and reporting on the commercial performance and will work closely with clients to successfully deliver projects. The role will require you to ensure that a high level of technical, financial and commercial control is maintained on projects.
