Leadership Training Program Coach "WTRS"- Fort Irwin, CA “This position is Part Time on Call with an expectation of 7-8 (up to ten) rotations per calendar year. Rotations include two days for travel, two prep days and eight days of training. Brigade LTP, Senior Company Coach: V2X is seeking skilled Leadership-Training-Program (LTP) Coach/Instructor (C/I) to work under the direction of the Brigade Command Group Senior Coach / Team Lead. Responsibilities include leading a team of company coaches while also coaching, teaching and mentoring a group of company commanders on troop leading procedures in a series of practical exercises and seminars. The mission of the Leader Training Program (LTP) is to coach BCT leadership, staff, and subordinate Battalion leadership. This position is full-time working for the National Training Center Warfighter-Training Readiness Solutions (WTRS) contract at the National Training Center (NTC). The WTRS is located at Fort Irwin, CA in the Mojave Desert approximately forty miles northeast of Barstow, CA.
