Role Summary: The Manger Inflight Operations and Performance executes the long-term strategy and oversees the performance of the Inflight Division at Horizon Air. As a people leader, this role leads and establishes priorities for a team of leaders to deliver remarkable guest and employee experiences while ensuring the utmost operational performance, safety and compliance standards are upheld. This role also promotes a culture of continuous improvement while acting as a liaison to other operational teams to ensure effective alignment and best practices across the company.
